Our press brake with impressive dimensions of 12000 x 20 mm and a capacity of 1200 tons is ideal for bending extremely large sheet materials with precision.

Since December 2008, Bormstaal has had a press brake for bending metal with a maximum length of 12 metres. With this press brake, Bormstaal is leading in the bending of long plates. With a pressure of 1200 tonnes, a plate of 12 metres long and a maximum thickness of 20 mm can be bent entirely according to the customer’s wishes. In combination with the cutting and drilling capacity that Bormstaal has, pre-processed pieces of 12 metres in length can be bent into multiple shapes at once.
